This is the list of substitutions I use in cooking and baking. Being dairy and egg free can be tricky in the beginning but gets easier with time. I’ll add to this list as I think of more subs. Check back often!
Heavy Cream (Same as half or half sub above or click link to see the culinary coconut milk I use)
Milk (for cooking purposes only I use either the half and half sub, the heavy cream sub or plain almond milk)
Dry Ranch Mix
To make ranch dressing, whisk together 1/3 cup Just Mayo or other vegan mayo and 1/4 cup non-dairy milk with 1 tablespoon of dry ranch mix. (Adapted from Once A Month Meals)
